Introduction to Zen Meditation
Introduction to Zen Meditation is open to anyone who wants to learn how to meditate. Classes provide an introduction to Zazen, or sitting meditation. We will focus on using Zen principles to help you learn how to use breath, posture, and frame of mind to create clarity and calmness through exercises and meditation. Because of the nature of the classes, all three sessions are required and will only be in-person.
