About the event
This is two part session to learn about Zen Meditation that will include discussion and exercises, concluding with Zazen meditation. Note that both sessions are required. You must be vaccinated and be masked during these sessions.
Suggested donation is $100, payable to the SeattleZenDojo.
Note: If you cannot afford this, please let us know. We do not want cost to be a barrier to those who are sincere in their desire to learn and to train.
